Jean-Sébastien Borghetti

Biography

Jean-Sébastien Borghetti studied business administration and finance at HEC Paris before earning a PhD in law at the Sorbonne. He has been a professor at université Panthéon-Assas in Paris since 2009.
He specialises in contract and tort law in a comparative perspective. He has written extensively on the subject and has been invited to teach and lecture in several universities around the world.
He was involved in the recent reform of the French law of obligations.
